Louisiana raised Executive Chef Ryan Shepherd joins Nikken Foods USA. Chef Ryan, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and former Executive Chef to two of Louisiana’s most iconic food manufacturers, Magic Seasoning Blends and Camellia Brand, brings 19 years of culinary experience and market-proven product development skills to Nikken and their clients. “Developing new products is a Chef’s dream.
