Heat water to 140°F.
Mix together dry ingredients (brown sugar, salt, allspice, 2355 Roasted Garlic Extract Powder and 2230 Roasted Onion Extract Powder). Add slowly to hot water while whisking or mixing with an immersion blender.
Add mixture to pan, then mix in tomato paste, white vinegar and molasses.
Heat just to boiling while stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
