  • 48.5% Water
  • 16.67% Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 13.38% Brown Sugar
  • 7.65% Tomato Paste
  • 5.49% Unsalted Butter
  • 2.79% White Vinegar
  • 1.96% Starch
  • 0.69% Salt
  • 0.49% Molasses
  • 0.3% Black Pepper, Ground
  • 0.1% Red Pepper, Ground
  • 0.02% Allspice
  • 0.7% Traditional Soy Sauce Powder - 5301
  • 0.7% Shiitake Powder - 2106
  • 0.41% Roasted Onion Extract Powder - 2230
  • 0.15% Roasted Garlic Extract Powder - 2355

Mix together dry ingredients (brown sugar, starch, salt, black pepper, red pepper, allspice, 5301 Traditional Soy Sauce Powder, 2106 Shiitake Powder, 2230 Roasted Onion Extract Powder, 2355 Roasted Garlic Extract Powder).

Mix together water, apple cider vinegar and white vinegar. Slowly add dry ingredients to mixture while whisking or mixing with an immersion blender. Mix until dry ingredients are completely dispersed / dissolved.

Mix in tomato paste and molasses. Add butter and heat mixture just to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
