Mix chicken broth powder, 5317 Light Colored Soy Sauce Powder and 7400 Komi™ Powder into water in a large saucepan.
Add the orzo and bring to a boil.
Boil until orzo is tender, 8 to 9 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks.
Slowly whisk about 1/6 of the hot broth into the egg yolks.
Add the egg mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add chicken, lemon juice and black pepper and stir well.
