Chipotle Cream Pizza Sauce for Southwestern Chicken Pizza

% Ingredients

  • 33.4% 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 33.4% Half & Half
  • 20.78% Vegetable Broth, unsalted
  • 5.0% Chipotle Pepper, seeded, minced
  • 4.1% Lime Juice, single strength
  • 1.9% Adobo Sauce, reserved from chipotle peppers
  • 0.6% 7400 Komi Powder
  • 0.5% 5317 Light Colored Soy Sauce Powder
  • 0.32% Salt

Soften cream cheese in microwave.

Heat vegetable stock in saucepan to a simmer, then add salt, 5317 Light Colored Soy Sauce Powder and 7400 Komiā„¢ Powder and mix until dissolved.

Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and half & half. Add chipotle pepper, adobo sauce and lime juice.

Mix with immersion blender until fairly smooth.
