Red Wine Vinaigrette

% Ingredients

  • 73.3% Canola Oil
  • 24.45% Red Wine Vinegar
  • 0.2% Salt
  • 1.6% Champignon Mushroom Extract Powder - 2135
  • 0.05% Roasted Garlic Extract Powder - 2355
  • 0.4% Traditional Soy Sauce Powder - 5301

Mix together dry ingredients. Whisk dry ingredients into red wine vinegar until completely dissolved.

Slowly add canola oil to red wine vinegar mixture while blending with an immersion blender.

Mix or shake well just before serving.
