Orange Onion Glaze

% Ingredients

  • 68.32% Orange Marmalade
  • 14.7% Orange Juice, single strength
  • 9.1% Water
  • 3.0% Apple Cider VInegar
  • 2.0% Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 0.9% Red Miso Powder 6100
  • 0.7% Wheat Free Soy Sauce Powder 5360
  • 0.7% Rice Vinegar Flavored Powder 5401
  • 0.58% Salt

Add water to sauce pan and then add 6100 Red Miso Powder, 5360 Wheat Free Soy Sauce Powder, 5401 Rice Vinegar Flavored Powder and salt and mix until dissolved/dispersed.

Add remaining ingredients to sauce pan and mix well.

Heat on medium-low heat until glaze has thinned and all ingredients are well-combined.

Process using immersion blender to desired texture/consistency.
