Peanut Butter Spice Cookies

  • 22.73% Flour, all-purpose
  • 18.86% Peanut Butter
  • 16.5% Butter, unsalted, softened
  • 16.00% Dark Brown Sugar
  • 15.9% Sugar
  • 7.27% Eggs, whole
  • 0.75 % Komi Powder 7400
  • 0.63% Vanilla Extract
  • 0.60% Curry Powder
  • 0.45% Salt
  • 0.18% Baking Soda
  • 0.13% Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 350° F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk together flour, 7400 Komi™ Powder, curry powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, use electric mixer to beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Mix in peanut butter until completely incorporated.

Mix in eggs and vanilla until combined.

Slowly add in flour mixture and mix until fully combined.

Use a cookie scoop or roll into balls, then roll in sugar before placing on parchment-lined pans.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until centers are just beginning to puff and deflate.

Cool slightly, then move to cooling rack.
