Shiitake-Balsamic Yogurt Dressing

  • 33.00% Olive Oii, Extra Virgin
  • 20.02% Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2.99% Honey
  • 2.49% Dijon Mustard
  • 1.00% Natural Flavor Enhancer Powder 7103
  • 0.89% Lemon Juice
  • 0.80% Shiitake Powder 2106
  • 0.60% Komi Powder 7400
  • 0.15% Salt
  • 0.10% Black Pepper, ground

Add all ingredients except olive oil to a bowl and whisk together until well-combined.

Slowly add olive oil while whisking or using immersion blender to combine into other ingredients.
