  • 0.73% Safflower Oil
  • 0.95% Tomato Paste, No Salt Added
  • 193.93% Beef Stock, Unsalted
  • 0.06% Garlic, Granulated
  • 0.12% Onion, Granulated
  • 0.77% Mirepoix Powder, 2365
  • 0.05% Paprika, Ground
  • 0.05% Black Pepper, 30#
  • % (simmer to reduce by half)
  • % (mix corn starch with 7036, make slurry)
  • 1.50% Corn Starch
  • 0.17% Fermented Black Bean Powder, 7036
  • 1.24% Salt, Fine
  1. Bronze tomato paste in safflower oil over medium heat for 5 minutes
  2. Whisk in stock, spices, and Mirepoix Powder
  3. Hard simmer to reduce stock by half, 1 hour
  4. Whisk corn starch and 7036 slurry into Beef Stew Base, bring to a boil to thicken
  5. Simmer 5 minutes longer
  6. Remove from heat, use immediately or chill and refrigerate
